HR Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand key business drivers and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
• Talent acquisition initiatives: adopting employee hiring practices to organization’s expansion and development goals; Managing staffing logistics, organizational space management and planning
• Maintaining employee files (electronic or paper) and update employee records regularly; Managing personal, sick, annual, and any other leaves as necessary
• Managing employee compensation and benefit plans
• Overseeing performance management process
• Conducting employee onboarding and exit interviews
• Developing, implementing, and modifying company policies; Ensuring employee safety and welfare: maintain company EHS policies and procedures, ensuring that employees observe all current policies
• Strong interest in understanding HR Analytics, driving innovative HR solutions and process improvements in consultation with the HR organization and client groups.
• Gathering useful HR metrics such as recruitment cycle time, employee turnover, employee satisfaction and recruiting process perception;
• Facilitating communication between the company and existing, potential and former employees
• Staying up to date and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations. Developing functional knowledge and skills
• Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited university
• This role requires significant professional experience and proven track record in a Human Resources & HR Generalist capacity
• A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance & confidentiality
• Proficiency in English and Czech language
