Risk Analyst / Data Analyst - HQ

For our HQ, Brno team we are looking for Risk Analyst / Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Processing reporting according to Risk department needs
Processing provisioning and budgeting analyses and reporting within PMT
Analyses and supporting of reporting for HQ departments (Risk, Finance, etc.)
Maintenance and development of data warehouse structures and processes - SQL
Working with databases to data mine needed information
Cooperation with colleagues from countries where HC Group operates

Requirements:

Education/Experience

Need-to-have areas

Graduate in Math/statistics/IT area
Relevant experience in risk, reporting, experience with BI tool (Power BI is an advantage)
You will work in English on daily basis
SQL knowledge is must
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA is an advantage)
Nice-to-have areas

Financial industry experience is plus, mainly regulatory reporting, IFRS9
Experience with tools such as Keboola, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, R, Gretl, etc.
Programming/ data mining experience is plus
Financial statements reports understanding – P&L, Balance sheet
Presentation skills
