We are looking for help to join our SAS Team! Or should I call it Competency center? We now have a team of 12 specialists taking care of the SAS solutions we now have most of the countries Home Credit International operates in - and not only HCI, but also Air Bank or Home Credit CZ. And to make it even more interesting, they are spread across the three biggest cities in CZ, Prague, Brno and Ostrava.
The team is in charge of everything you can imagine - starting with analysis, ending with support. They are overlooking the whole CRM solution, being in a close cooperation with the local teams in the countries, integrating the SAS modules with other applications under our roof.
And what the SAS Support Specialist actually does? He provides 2nd level support of SAS products for CRM teams in countries. The goal is that we have one main point of conact for each country, and that is why we would like to have you on board. Also, this person works closely with the rest of the team as well: SW Analysts, Developers and other technicians to improve SAS products and make our the business in the countries satisfied.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL queries, Oracle and PL/SQL are an advantage)
Knowledge of Linux or Unix and middleware (Weblogic/Tomcat/Apache)
- Knowledge of SAS products is definitely an advantage.
- Advanced English knowledge is a must because of communication with the countries, but unfortunately we need at least basic Czech/Slovak as well, as we are also supporting Air Bank or HC CZ.
- Great communication skills, client oriented personality and flexible/stress-resistant approach is on the supporting role also extremely handy. :)
- Finally the willingness to have regular on-call duties is something to count with as well - they are rotating in the team, but once you know how to handle things it will be your responsibility as well.
- Install and support SAS products in an multi-culture environment.
- Solve complex issues/requests for customers, test new changes and implementations.
- Be responsible for task delivery – in given time and quality.
- Communication and cooperation with both the business in the countries we operate in, but also within the team.
